Anchor Design Works partners with design teams to develop custom prefabricated structures across North America.

We believe strong projects are built through thoughtful design, clear communication, and a practical understanding of how things get built. Our team works closely with architects, designers, engineers, and owners to help evaluate ideas early, coordinate across teams, and solve problems before they impact the project.

By staying involved from early concept through execution, we help maintain design intent, reduce uncertainty, and deliver structures that align with both the vision and the realities of construction.

Bryce Cooper | Principal Partner

Bryce brings more than two decades of sales and business development experience to Anchor Design Works, with over 10 years focused in the structures industry. His career has been built around strategic growth, rep network expansion, and field engagement, work that requires both big-picture thinking and consistent follow-through.

At Anchor Design Works, Bryce leads business development by growing and supporting the rep network, driving partner training, and staying closely engaged in the field. His straightforward, solutions-oriented approach helps clients and teams identify challenges early, keep communication clear, and move projects forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and stays active through basketball, soccer, and snowboarding. That same competitive drive and team-first mindset carries into how he supports clients and partners at Anchor.

Adam Ritter | Principal Partner

Adam brings a combination of engineering depth and real-world execution to Anchor Design Works. With over 15 years in the prefabricated structure industry, he has worked across design, estimating, and operations, ultimately leading supply chain and manufacturing processes for large-scale projects across the country.

At Anchor Design Works, Adam is focused on building the right team and supporting the partners around it. He works to create alignment across engineers, vendors, and production teams while reinforcing a culture built on accountability, quality, and follow-through. His approach is centered on long-term relationships and sustainable growth, ensuring both the company and its partners are positioned to succeed over time.

Before entering the industry, Adam competed at the highest level as a member of the USA National Swim Team and a multi-time NCAA champion at the University of Arizona. That same discipline and attention to detail now show up in how he approaches every project.

Kyle Ritter | Principal Partner

Kyle leads the front end of every project at Anchor Design Works, helping clients turn ideas into clear, buildable solutions. With a background in aerospace engineering and over a decade in the prefabricated structure industry, he brings both technical precision and a strong understanding of what clients actually need to move projects forward.

At Anchor Design Works, Kyle focuses on building strong relationships on the front end while helping align clients, designers, and internal teams from day one. His approach is rooted in clear communication, shared expectations, and making sure everyone involved is working toward the same outcome. The result is a smoother process, better decisions early, and projects that stay on track.

Earlier in his career, Kyle worked in aerospace engineering supporting missile defense systems, which shaped his analytical approach and attention to detail. That foundation, combined with years in the prefab industry, allows him to bridge the gap between design vision and real-world construction..

FROM THE FOUNDERS

We did not start this company out of a passion for prefabricated structures. We started it because we value being part of a team that brings together different disciplines to solve challenges and move projects forward.

Too often in this industry, we saw architects, owners, and project teams frustrated by poor communication, limited visibility into constraints, and relationships that felt transactional instead of collaborative. We believed there was a better way to approach the work, one grounded in clear expectations, coordination, and accountability.

One of the most compelling aspects of this industry is the range of what can be created, limited only by the imagination of the designer. At the same time, those ideas need to align with real-world constraints. We focus on getting involved early in the design process, where collaboration can help turn an initial concept into something that can be confidently built.
